Concept through to detailed tooling design for a Body in White body side door ring reinforcement robot cell, covering location, clamping, and datum management to meet the customer's dimensional and joining requirements.

Tooling design from initial concept through to full detail level, providing accurate location and clamping solutions for each component within the robot cell, aligned to customer BIW standards and spot weld joining requirements.
